Mary E. Kyle
Freedom Fund Committee Chair
Mary is a lifelong resident of Coatesville, Pennsylvania. After graduating with honors from Coatesville Area Senior High, she continued her education at Peirce College where she received an Associates of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies. Mary then transitioned her skills and talents into a 30+ year career in the legal profession, as well as founding and creating M.I.R.A.G.E. Planning, Inc. (Making It a Relaxing And Gratifying Experience), which provided event planning services and group travel for almost ten years.
It was in her event planning capacity that she helped coordinate political campaign events for Jackie Carter’s run for Magisterial District Judge; former Chester County Sheriff, Fredda Maddox’s run for Court of Common Pleas Judge; and Rev. Dr. Dan K. Williams’ run for State Representative of the 74th District of Pennsylvania.
As a member of New Life In Christ Fellowship for 26 years and a member of the Royer-Greaves Life Sharing Program, Mary has always been passionate about her city. She volunteers, participates, and attends as many community events as possible. In the words of Brene Brown: “Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.” After losing her paralegal job in 2020 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, it was no surprise that Mary is now employed by the City of Coatesville.
But more important than anything, Mary is a devoted daughter, supportive sister, amazing aunt, nurturing niece, faithful friend, and compassionate caregiver that enjoys spending time traveling, eating out and watching/attending sporting events with family and friends.
Lisa Golson
Freedom Fund Committee Co-Chair
Lisa is a native of Norristown, Pennsylvania. She is a dedicated professional with 32 years of experience in information science and currently works in property management. She is also a Pennsylvania-licensed real estate professional.
Beyond her career, Lisa is a proud mother of two and a proud Mimi of two. She values family, service, and giving back to her community. As Lisa continues this next chapter of her life, she looks forward to becoming even more involved in her community that continues to inspire, empower, and create positive change.
As a current resident of Coatesville and a member of the Coatesville Area Branch of the NAACP, Lisa has been afforded the opportunity to be part of a caring, growing, and vibrant community. She is grateful for the relationships she has built and for the opportunity to serve alongside others who are committed to strengthening and uplifting our city.
Lisa is honored to serve as the Freedom Fund Committee Co-Chair and looks forward to contributing to an organization that celebrates our history, our community, our progress, and the important work that still lies ahead.
